To feel truly powerful in everyday life, we need activation as much as we need rest.
Our half-day experience offers both:
a strong pilates session followed by a deeply restorative yoga nidra meditation. No experience needed. Come as you are. Feel alive again.
We begin with a welcome drink and snacks, before Minyi guides you through an energising 90-minute Pilates session, including a gentle cooldown. Then we become even slower. After the break, Pia will lead you from calming breaths into yoga nidra, a lying-down meditation. It’s pure nectar for your nervous system and deeply restorative for your muscles and your mind.
